MSP WELCOMES OPENING OF NEW SPORTS FACILITY IN ELGIN

Commenting on the opening of the new football facilities delivered by Elgin Sports Community Trust today, Richard Lochhead MSP said: 

“I want to pay tribute to Dave Allen and all his team for their vision, leadership and determination to see deliver these game changing facilities.

“In recent years there’s been a demand for more sports facilities in Moray and these new pitches will be a real boost for local sports teams and organisations.

“The speed that the facility has been completed has been so impressive, especially considering we’re still in a pandemic.

“Everyone involved in Elgin Sports Community Trust deserves huge credit for their efforts over the last few years to deliver this outstanding facility for the community.”
