MSP SIGNS UP TO ROTARY CYCLE CHALLENGE

Richard Lochhead MSP has signed up for the new charity cycle challenge organised by Elgin Rotary Club.

The 31 mile cycle challenge will take place on Sunday (7th April)  beginning at Miltonduff Hall and taking in Mosstowie, Pluscarden, Dallas and Kellas. 

Mr Lochhead is encouraging others to sign up for the challenge to help raise funds for local charities.  People can sign up individually or as a team at: resultsbase.net.

Moray’s MSP said:

“The triple challenge is a great initiative by the Elgin Rotary Club and I’m looking forward to getting back on my bike for the cycle challenge this weekend.

“The event is a great opportunity for folk in Moray to throw their support behind good local causes and get the benefit of exercise and fresh air at the same time.

“It’s been a few months since I’ve been in the saddle but I’m sure I will enjoy the event which takes in some of the most scenic parts of my constituency.”
