MORAY'S TORY MP TOPS SECOND JOBS LIST

Richard Lochhead MSP has said that Moray's part-time Tory MP Douglas Ross is completely failing his constituents after it emerged he topped the table of hours worked on second jobs. 

According to figures compile by Sky News, Moray's Conservative MP has worked 3869 hours on his second and third jobs. 

Moray's SNP MSP has claimed that the Tory MP's insistence on taking on several jobs at once is a shameful dereliction of duty at a time when his constituents need action from their MP more than ever.

Commenting Mr Lochhead said:

"Just when his constituents need him the most because they are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis, high energy costs and the impact of Brexit, Mr Ross tops the league table for spending more time on his other jobs than any other MP.

"Douglas Ross's priority should be to represent the people of Moray as a full time MP but instead he’s racked up more hours on second and third jobs than any other MP in Westminster.

"People in Moray deserve a full time MP who will be 100% focussed on serving everyone who lives here."
