Richard has represented Moray in the Scottish Parliament since 2006.

Matters currently devolved to the Scottish Parliament include Housing, National Health Service, Rural Affairs, Environment, Criminal Justice, Education and Transport.

Richard holds regular surgeries throughout Moray and is keen to meet with many individuals, groups and organisations. Please contact the office if you would like to raise any matter with him or invite him to an event in Moray.
